Dubai’s culinary underground is getting a fiery shakeup with the launch of UNDERGROUND BRUNCH, a rebellious new dining experience brought to life by Revolver and Splidu. Kicking off every Saturday from 1PM to 4PM, this bold brunch flips the script on typical weekend fare with a chef-led, grill-forward experience drenched in smoky flavours, eclectic cocktails, and immersive subculture vibes.

At the heart of this fearless feast is Revolver, the city’s cult-favourite modern Indian grill known for its fire-kissed, flavour-packed dishes. Now, with the creative force of Splidu behind it, Revolver’s kitchen is going rogue — offering an ever-evolving spread of tandoor-fired meats, spiced small plates, and sides made for sharing. It’s intimate, vibrant, and far from the buffet monotony.

From flame-charred lamb ribs to smoked aubergine and surprise plates crafted by guest chefs, the UNDERGROUND BRUNCH keeps things fresh and unpredictable. No two Saturdays will be alike. The dynamic menu is designed to evolve weekly, driven by chef collaborations and seasonal surprises.

Elevating the experience even further is a six-seat chef’s table for AED 450 per person, where guests get front-row access to the culinary action. Watch as the kitchen flames ignite the food and conversations flow freely around the high-energy pass. It’s not just a meal—it’s a performance.

Behind the bar, classic drinks are replaced by bold pours and creatively torched concoctions that match the heat of the kitchen. Whether you go for the AED 295 soft beverage package or the AED 395 premium cocktail option, each drink is curated to complement the depth of the dishes and the energy of the moment.
