The non-vegetarian selection begins with an amuse-bouche of Crab Podithol, a delicate blend of kasoondi mustard and crisp rice crackers. Following this, the Scallop Dil Nasheen tantalizes the taste buds with hand-dived scallops bathed in a beetroot-chilli coconut sauce, complemented by the crunch of lotus root crisps. The main course features Gosht BeliRam, a dish showcasing Hampshire lamb infused with aromatic cardamom, pepper, and chilli yogurt, accompanied by Dal Dilruba, Hare Choliye ka Pulao, and a Mixed Bread basket.
The vegetarian menu is equally enchanting, commencing with Bharwani Mushroom, a luxurious medley of wild mushrooms, Scamorza cheese, and truffle. The Beetroot Tikki Dilkhush follows, where earthy beetroot harmonizes with creamy feta and pine nuts. The main course highlights the Malai Mewa Seekh, a flavorful combination of paneer, pomegranate, and pistachios, alongside the Subz Diwani Handi, featuring winter vegetables in a coconut-tamarind sauce.
