Since 1995, Roger Dubuis manufacture has been defined by its “no limit” approach to innovation and stylistic audacity; made possible by its integrated manufacture. Roger Dubuis has been consistently breaking codes and conventions to create some of the most expressive pieces of haute horology. Not surprisingly, most Roger Dubuis watches bear the Poinçon de Genève seal and require around 40% additional production time than similar timepieces.
Excalibur Twofold
This model is a new interpretation of the brand’s signature movement, the double flying tourbillon. It possesses three world premieres. One, the bezel and the 45mm case are created in Mineral Composite Fiber (MCF), an ultra-white composite material made of 99.95% silica. Second, a patented luminescent material was developed that lasts 60% longer than anything comparable. Third, the Twofold strap is made from a luminescent FKM rubber, based on “LumiSuperBiwiNova” that makes part of the strap glow in the dark. Bearing the Poinçon de Genève, the watch is a limited edition of eight pieces.
