INEOS Automotive Triumphs Over Supply Chain Challenges
Production of the INEOS Grenadier and Quartermaster is set to resume in early January 2025 after overcoming a critical supply chain hurdle that halted operations in September 2024. The company’s state-of-the-art Hambach facility will soon be back in action, delighting customers across five continents.
Lynn Calder, CEO of INEOS Automotive, expressed optimism about this milestone:
“It’s great news that a solution has been found so quickly,” said Lynn Calder, CEO of INEOS Automotive. “Automotive supply chains are extremely complex but we were not willing to compromise on quality, so we are satisfied that we have found the best possible outcome.”

Global Expansion and Record-Breaking Sales
With a robust sales trajectory in 2024, INEOS Automotive is poised for greater heights. By mid-year, sales of the Grenadier had already matched the total for 2023. The company is now on track to have over 20,000 Grenadiers on the road by year-end.
In addition to steady growth in established markets, INEOS has expanded its presence into significant territories, including China and Mexico, while fortifying its footprint in the United States.
A Commitment to Excellence in 4×4 Innovation
INEOS Automotive’s Hambach facility, a paragon of advanced engineering, manufactures three variants:
- The Grenadier station wagon
- The Quartermaster double-cab pick-up
- The Quartermaster double-cab chassis
Rooted in a vision for uncompromising off-road vehicles, INEOS Automotive debuted the Grenadier in 2022, combining British design with German engineering excellence. In 2023, the company introduced the Quartermaster, broadening its portfolio with a robust yet refined double-cab pick-up.

Looking Ahead to 2025
As production restarts, INEOS anticipates 2025 to be its most successful year yet. Calder extended gratitude to loyal customers:
“I’d like to give a huge thanks to our customers for their patience. We are happy to get back on track and look forward to handing them the keys to their Grenadiers as soon as possible.”
