In the spring of 2026, Rome will once again transform into a stage for elegance, engineering and Italian flair as the Anantara Concorso Roma makes its long-awaited debut from 16–19 April 2026. Originally set for 2025, the event has been refined and expanded into an even grander celebration of automotive artistry, lifestyle, and hospitality. Organised by Anantara Hotels & Resorts, with UBS as presenting partner and supported by Richard Mille and Lockton, the event promises an unparalleled experience in the Eternal City—where luxury, culture, and the romance of Italian living intertwine.
Centered around the breathtaking Piazza della Repubblica, and hosted at the historic Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome, the event will pay homage to Italian automotive heritage through a showcase of legendary cars. Among the confirmed masterpieces are a 1902 FIAT Type 12/16hp, 1938 Lancia Astura 4 Serie Tipo 41 Cabriolet, 1951 Cisitalia 202 SC Gran Sport Cabriolet, 1956 Alfa Romeo 1900 Zagato, and the awe-inspiring 1963 Ferrari 275P—each one a testament to Italy’s enduring romance with speed, style, and craftsmanship.

The grandeur of the event’s setting will complement the timeless beauty of these cars. Anantara Palazzo Naiadi, perched atop the ruins of ancient Roman baths and overlooking the majestic Fountain of the Naiads, offers a neoclassical backdrop that echoes the city’s architectural legacy. The semi-circular design of the hotel mirrors Rome’s amphitheatres, where history and modern luxury converge beneath open skies.
Thanks to the support of Roma Capitale, the event will extend beyond its initial scope. The showfield will encompass Casina Valadier and the stunning Piazza Bucarest within the lush gardens of Villa Borghese, creating an expansive setting that invites exploration and admiration. In addition, the highly anticipated Grand Palazzo Dinner at Palazzo Brancaccio will offer a black-tie evening amidst frescoed halls, intricate interiors, and sumptuous cuisine—a pinnacle experience not to be missed.

The event’s programme is thoughtfully curated to offer guests a full immersion into Roman elegance. From private city tours and luxury shopping experiences kicking off on 15 April, to the glittering welcome reception atop Palazzo Naiadi, the days ahead promise delight at every turn. The Giro d’Anantara Grand Tour on 17 April will wind through the city’s streets, offering both participants and onlookers a spectacle of rare cars in motion.
On 18 April, participants will gather for Concorso Judging Day, beginning with a Champagne reception, followed by curated lunches and sightseeing excursions. The evening’s black-tie dinner at Palazzo Brancaccio will be a highlight, where guests can toast the spirit of Italian excellence. The weekend will culminate on 19 April with the closing display and Awards Presentation, honouring Class and Special Awards and announcing the coveted Best of Show.
For those eager to be at the heart of the experience, exclusive weekend packages are available, including VVIP tickets, stays at Palazzo Naiadi, elevated dining, and premier access to the event. Day passes start at 95 EUR, while weekend packages offer flexible options to suit guests’ preferences and interests.
The Anantara Concorso Roma is more than an automotive showcase—it is a journey into the soul of Italy. It invites car enthusiasts, luxury travellers, and cultural connoisseurs alike to embrace la dolce vita in all its forms. From gleaming metal to exquisite architecture, from champagne bubbles to moonlit dinners, this inaugural event promises to be a celebration that lingers long after the engines fall silent.
